Independent Business Finance is a growing commercial finance brokerage established in 2009. We are a local family run business based in Bolton, arranging bespoke financial packages throughout the whole of the UK for businesses of all sizes and in all industries.

We specialise in all aspects of Business, Commercial and Corporate Finance. Our team are highly trained in the commercial finance arena. Our Background

Independent Business Finance is owned and managed by Ian and Kelly Moore. Ian set the company up in 2009, a few years later Ian’s wife Kelly joined to co-ordinate all back-office support and provide administrative duties having worked in customer service roles previously.  Collectively, Ian and Kelly have over 30 years experience in the financial services industry.
