February’s Done Deals

February proved to be another busy month for all the team here at Independent Business Finance. We have completed some fantastic deals this month. In addition, our Networking Event; ‘Third Thursday Bolton’ was held at a new venue, the Bolton Whites Hotel. Yet again another brilliant afternoon! Thank you to everyone who joined us!!
Here is a selection of some completed deals during the month of February;
Case Study – Invoice Finance Temp Staffing – Preston – Turnover £500k
Our client already used Invoice Finance and asked us to check they were getting the best deal available. We searched the market and were able to source another provider at much cheaper rates and at a higher pre-payment.
Case Study – Vehicle Finance New Trading Company – Warrington – Turnover £300k
We were introduced to our client by their current finance provider as they struggled to find finance for a new company vehicle. We arranged a £15k Asset Finance facility to allow the purchase over a 36 month period.
Case Study – Bridging Finance Transport – Lake District – Turnover £2.4m
This was an urgent case where our client was in need of funds to secure premises that had just come onto the market. From receiving the initial enquiry mid-week we needed to proceed quickly as our client wanted to complete ASAP. The deal was completed within 7 working days, much to our clients satisfaction.
Case Study – Unsecured Business Loan Construction – Manchester – Turnover £2m
Our client needed to borrow funds to settle outstanding VAT arrears. We were able to consolidate other monthly outgoings and free up extra cashflow with an Unsecured Business Loan with the monthly repayments being lower than our clients existing monthly outgoings. VAT arrears settled in full and no bank overdraft now required all at affordable payments over a 3 year term which can be settled earlier should our client choose to.
